Protocol Installation

I want to install PPPoE protocol in Windows 2000
Professional. And I already have thos INF files from
www.raspppoe.com

But the problem is, the installation procedure is too
complex. Is there anyway to make a MSI package or other
installer file for Protocol Installation ??
