Hi

I want to be able to setup a profile using a visual basic
gui.

E.G. Exchanger server name, mailbox name etc...
Is this a registry setting or is it more complex than that?
Please try to provide example site if poss because I cant
find any.

Thanks

John

It's much more complex than that. Most of the necessary registry settings
are undocumented. The usual way to go about this is the create a .prf file,
which is documented in the Office Resource Kit, and then execute that file.

I have experimented with the .prf file but it does not
save all the changes in the profile file, I guess the rest
are saved in the registry, can anyone give me some
examples please?

John
