Problems with Outlook 2003 and Windows Live OneCare

Hello,

I keep getting an error message when I try to open Microsoft Outlook. It
says, "The business manager encountered and needs to close". I get this in a
a loop and sometimes it will say I can open it in safemode, but it's not that
important

. All I want to do is get my contacts from it. Any ideas?
