problems with the dropper.inor virus

i have this virus. i've tried everything symantec described. i've run
my virus scan, i use avg, and i still have it. i dunno what the heck
to do.

From the aliases listed, have you tried the instructions in
http://fr.trendmicro-europe.com/ente...=VBS_ZEROLIN.B

Then, tighten up the security on your browser, so that scripts and/or activex
from untrusted sites, will not execute. Also, make sure you've applied all of
the latest software updates.
