Problem with work week display

Hi,
I have a problem with work week display. At the 1st day of the working week,
the calendar displays the 1st day of LAST WEEK. 4 example, this Monday the
calendar displayed last Monday. The next day everything works normally and
the whole week display is OK.
PLEASE HELP.
