My Windows 2000 professional runs like a charm in Safe
Mode, but in regular mode Outlook, Word, IE and Explorer
will not run. I cannot open a folder on my desktop, but
I can navigate the directory tree via the command line.
Everything works perfectly in safe mode, including
networking.

Where do I start to try and fix this?

Thanks,

Bob
