Problem reports and solutions has stopped working.

Hi, I would be graeful for any help. I'm new to computers so please be gentle!

I have the Windows vista home premium package on a computer i bought 6
months ago.

However, for the last few weeks when i log on I get this message.

c:\Windows\system32\wercplsupport.dll is not able to work etc.

Then I gt a message saying

Problem reports and solutions has stopped working.

Can anybody tell me what I should do? Thanks
