Hi all,

I need some help regarding remote access of outlook.

Our users use outlook remotely via vpn tunnel but when we make some
changes in our exchange server 2003 or restart it, outlook changes
it's
ports which consequently blocked by our firewall.

Then we have to identify new ports and open those ports in firewall. I
have identified somthing about random RPC which uses ports 1024 +/-
randomly.

Is there anything to make these ports static so that it will not
change
ports randomly?

Pls. Suggest

Thanks in advance

Ricky

Not an Outlook issue. It is Exchange changing the ports and not Outlook.
The needed ports for Exchange 2003 are very well documented here;
