Probeer contact te krijgen met supportcenter. Lukt maar niet

Kan nergens op site van Microsoft een telefoonnummer van een lokaal
supportcentrum vinden, terwijl aangeraden wordt om bij problemen telefonisch
contact op te nemen. Hoe kom ik daarachter?

Hetzelfde geldt voor contact per email?
