Probably wrong place to ask

Im not sure where to ask this at. My shop is using office 97 running on
w2000 pro to pump files out. We send large files thru email. Just
recently reinstalled office 97 after things crashed. Now large
attachments that are .txt are being truncated.

I tried downloading and installing service release 1 but that didnt
help..no real clue on where to go now.

i appreciate any and all comments/suggestions.

any sugestion or comment made by me should be examined first for
validity and appropriateness before assuming i have any idea at all
what the heck i am talking about. I am not responsible for anything you
