printinng Acces report - word lost on right hand margin

When I print or view my access report in portrait view, short words on the
right hand side are not printed, larger ones wrap down on to the next line.
In landacape view this does not happen, but the teaxt only covers half the
page. Lexmark advised to reinstall new drivers, this didn't fix the problem.
Varying the margins makes no diference.
