How do I format to print single 4" x 6" labels. None of
the listed sizes are exact. The only one I found is for
4x6 on 8 1/2 x 11 sheets. When I try to create my
own "custom" label, there are no page sizes that
correspond to 4x6. Help!

From the Control Panel, click on Printers & Faxes.

From the toolbar, select File, Server Properties.

Look in the Forms tab. You can set a custom size of 4 x 6 here.

I also needed to set up a custom size label and was able
to create a new form under server properties. However,
when I go in to change the paper size under the advanced
options for my printer, the form is not listed. This is
true for both a network printer and a local printer. How
can I make this form available to either printer?
