Can anybody please help. I have a BT Multijet 3000 combined
Printer/Copier\Scanner and am Running Windows XP. If I print from Word
Using Coloured Text everything is fine. If I Insert a Picture the
Printed Text is Fine but the Colours in the Picture tend to be too
red.
If I print a jpeg file using the Photo Printing Wizard the result
again is too red.
Thanks in advance
Pete

What you are saying is that your printed output
doesn't match what you see on your monitor.

Maybe the following tutorial will be useful:

Thanks for that john but I am afraid he problem is still there if I
print coloured Text--fine but pictures have all got a red cast. I
have uninstalled and reinstalled the software but no joy. I need to
find out who actually made the BT Multijet 3000 and see if I can use
their drivers .
Thanks again
Pete
