Printing the Folder Name on the Calendar

I get an "Unkown" field code printed ever time I print my "Monthly"
calendar. Since I have multiple calendar folders I would like the
bottom left footer to print the folder's name. Does anybody know how I
can do this. This is whats in the field right now -----> [user name].
