Printing email: forcing email addresses to print in full

When Outlook2003 prints emails it appears not to follow
any specific rule in terms of printing the full email
address in the header. Can it be forced to do so?
ie. print
To: Joe Smith; [(E-Mail Removed)]
CC: Bob Jones; [(E-Mail Removed)]
Similarly, is there a way of printing the full name of the
file attachments on an email rather than watching names
being obscured by the 'tiling' effect of many icons close
to one another?
