Several people have modified my Example 7.9 to make the printable slide
into a certificate. This should do what you want, but it requires VBA. Go
to my site:

Click on Examples by Chapter, and then click on Chapter 7. You might also
look at the More Tricks section and look at Trick #3 which does exactly
the same thing except prints without the Print button showing.
