Is there anyway to print labels listing the tracks you've
created? I have Roxio, but some tracks (usually the last
one on a given cd) won't copy to my PC, but Media9 seams
to do the job (but no printing?) Thanks!

Label printing comes with the Microsoft Plus add on, if you have Plus the
label printing is in the file options of windows media player.

Do you have an HP Printer? If yes, in Roxio's Label Creator applet, go to
Edit, select Preferences and turn off one or the other of the following:
Print Disc Cut Lines
Print Disk Outline

From my own point of view, I deselect "Print Disk Outline" as I need to Cut
Lines.

This is a chronic problem between HP printers and the Roxio Label Creator
and it has gone on for years. Roxio is aware of it but they just won't fix
it. The issue persists even with HP printers that are quite recent. I
found the information above on one of the Roxio forum boards.

Hope it helps you, it resolved the problem for me.

Roxio is pretty good about that....taking your money and running with it.

While their tech support was unable to resolve the issue to I finally found
a solution on one of their forum boards, I must say, to their credit, their
tech support stayed right with me on this for quite awhile. Many back and
forth e-mails on the subject. Hence, while they were unable to resolve it,
I'd hardly call it taking your money and running. Although, I guess that
could be applied to the fact the problem persists.

That being said, perhaps it would be in Roxio's best interest to read their
own forum once in a while.

I've always had good luck obtaining solutions from their forum, but ,to me,
that's not the way it should work.

Absolutely agreed!

It's beyond me why at the very least someone monitoring the forum, and they
do monitor those forums, would not have mentioned this as something they
could easily pass on to customers with this issue. It would save a lot of
time and frustration.
