Printers disconnecting

's Computer Specifications

Some of our Windows 2000 clients are losing connections
to Networked printers.
If you delete the printer from the client and reconnect it
it is okay but obviously this is not satisfactory for the
client.

have you got any virus software or remote control software running on the
client??
