I AM NOT AN EXPERT BUT CAN'T YOU DOWNLOAD THE DRIVER FOR
YOUR PRINTER FROM THE MANUFACTURERS WEBSITE SO THAT YOU
WON'T NEED TO USE THE CD ROM? let me know if this helps
