Printer won't print

I have an Epson Stylus Series C60, the printer worked
fine two weeks ago, then it ran out of ink, so I replaced
it with new ink same kind. But now it won't print any
thing at all, and even though the ink is brand new in the
printer it shows that there is no ink at all. Can someone
please help me figure out what the problem is? I've
already checked the port, restarted the computer, turned
the printer off and on after 30 seconds and still
nothing. The printer is online by the way.

Any clues on how to resolve this printer dilema ?
