Help. Tonight I downloaded Windows XP Professional to my
computer. It replaced the Millenium operating system. I
have an hp 7550 photo printer but I cannot get the driver
software to load correctly to windows XP. Anyone have any
ideas what I might need to do? Thanks.

If the printer was not disconnected during the upgrade, the drivers have
probably become corrupted.

First perform a complete uninstall using the instructions at:

Download a new set of XP drivers from the HP website at
