You have a corrupted driver in there somewhere. Disconnect the printer.
Blitz the drivers following Bruce Sanderson's instructions at:
http://members.shaw.ca/bsanders/CleanPrinterDrivers.htm
Then reinstall the printer and do NOT reconnect it until the software tells
you to do so.
