On Outlook 2002, when I do a print preview of a new
message or a reply message before the message is actually
sent, I do not get the From: ,Sent: ,To:, Subject: items
to show up. Only the body of the message is displayed and
printed. Any attachment does display as an Icon with the
file name shown below the icon. I am using Rich Text
format.

Once I send the message, the From: Sent: To: Subject:
information is displayed and printed.

Any help will be appreciated.

If you close the message and turn off WordMail as your editor, you'll be
able to get the print preview you want.
