Last of the freeware versions AFAIK:
PrettyCode.Print. It prints code with the same colors you see in the VB
IDE. It can run as an add-in or stand-alone program. The addin is
freeware, but the author wants to know who's using his program, so he
has requested to please register (It's free!). Visit their site for a
lot of deatiled information.
