In many businesses a 'deck' is an unbound printout of the presentation given
to all participants; the presentation is then given by everyone turning the
page on the instruction of the moderator and looking at it as he/she speaks.
It's cheap. it's cheerful, and it's just about the quickest way to kill a
presentation stone dead that I know of. Much used by New York ad agencies in
the 80s and hopefully now obsolete!
