I am sure I cinnected the Hard Drive and Power LED on my Lian Li case to my
Gigabyte 8KNXP motherboard correctly, but the LEDs on the front of the case do
not light up though the system switches on and runs just fine. Do I just need
to reverse the 2 pin HDD and Poer LED connectors on the motherboard to make it
light up properly or can there be any problem if I flip the connectore around
to see if that makes the LED light up? I know this has been asked before by
folks but I just can't find the post so would appreciate it once more..better
safe than sorry.

Yep, just flip em round and reverse the polarity!! won't cause any problems.

Flip the LED pins...but leave the soft power pins the same, since they work to
turn the case on, or flip them also when the LED pins are flipped?

It does sound like you need to reverse the connectors on the pins. I've had
to do that when building new machines. No, you won't hurt anything.

Just the LEDs. The switches don't card for polarity.

No LED will light if it is connected with the voltage reversed. For
each LED, you have a half chance of getting it wrong. Odds are one in
four of getting them both wrong.

Always one to beat the odds...I hit the 1 in 4. Reversed the power and hard
drive pins (damn they are hard to get to once the drives and all the power
cords are installed) and they light up. The speaker and on/off switch seem to
work though I oriented the pins in the same wrong direction I believe.
