What is the problem with Microsoft CDO for Windows 2000 that results in
responders not posting within a thread? There seem to be many, many out
of context responses using this.

Simply -- the CDO reader stinks. Couple that with the fact that many posters
never did this before and don't know how to do it. The cdo doesn't make it
any easier.
