is it possible to move roaming user profiles to another location with zero down time?

Hi,

I've search around, but I don't find what I want.

They said I have to
kick out all users,
deny every body login,
copy the profiles,
change the profile paths in AD object
Then, the system get back online.

Can it be done smoothly?
