POS Printer & ICONLIB.DLL

I have just installed an Axiohm A756-8205 thermal receipt
printer which will run under XP home. When I try to
install the driver the prompt asks me for ICONLIB.DLL
which is found on my XP home CD. I insert the CD, select
386 and there is the file, but when I click to continue
the installation windows tells me that the operation was
cancelled and the driver was not installed. I have tried
many things but with no resolve. Can anyone help.
