thanks for informing me about popuptest.com! it'll prove to be a valuable
pop-up tester! HOWEVER, the only time my IE's (I don't use MSN) Pop-up
Blocker failed was with the 'Flash' like animated pop-ups (built in the page)
(e.g. floating, dropdown, sticky, etc.) and not the pop-ups that open new
windows. which I've already expected.
I believe that Dilbert.com has some clever JavaScript that manages to bypass
IE's own Pop-up Blocker at its highest settings. I ONLY use IE's Pop-up
Blocker. I don't use MSN's nor any other 3rd-party pop-up blocker.
