polsvrcl.dll is not an XP file. polsvrcl.dll is from PolicyMaker™ Share
Manager.

Files Installed
The PolicyMaker Share Manager CSE is implemented in a single DLL which is
installed into the following location on each client computer:
%SystemRoot%\System32\polsvrcl.dll
Registration Performed
No COM objects are registered by the CSEs. The CSE installation performs
minimal registration in the following registry location:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\
CurrentVersion\Winlogon\GPExtensions
