PLEASE HELP ME!!! PRINTER PER

My enterprise's network have been installed W2K Advance
Server.The Domain Controller mantains the printer's
spooler about 80 printer network device.When I assign
MANAGE DOCUMENTS permissions to the users,them may be able
to pause,cancel,purge documents but they don´t and display
message "ACCESS DENIED". All the users belong to the
respective groups, and there is not conflict between them.
why may be happens???
