Is this too much to ask for.


I have been with pipex for about 4 weeks now or more.

All am asking is my welcome letter which i never got and my username and password and my free 500mins cancel with them.

Had to go on the phone for my username and password which i did,nt like.am sick and tried of ringing 0871 and getting no where.I did get thought to a english woman which was good but the wrong person.

Am getting the net from them but have,nt got a account for some reason, am i getting free or something.


Try e-mailing them but get nothing back , the service is dis-grace and a joke.
