hey all,

i am having trouble with my internet speed. i have installed tiscali's 2.2 mb broadband and this is all fine and good. however when i started to play counter strike source online, my ping or latency skyrocketed to around 180 on average.
i have had some luck though as in the mornings at 8-12, my ping is only 20 or 30. then in the afternoon it rises again

thanks for reading this, and any ideas would be great

Only play when everybody else is asleep ...

Seriously, that looks to me that you are "hitting" the "rush hour" traffic ... not much you can do unless TisCrapally will give you a line of your own.

Get on the Tiscali forums and have a litle read. LOADS of us have had similar problems, though mine have thankfully disappeared the last few weeks *touches wood*.
