Photo Story 3 - Can't burn VCD

I am using Photo Story 3, seams pretty good. Only problem
is no means in program to burn a VCD. I am having no
luck in finding a program to burn a VCD that imports WMV
Files. After you create the video slide show the format is
WMV. I can't imagine MicroSoft would create a good
program like PS3 with out recommending a way to create
a VCD. I've tried converting WMV files to another format
and then to burn the VCD. Not much luck that way either.
Does anyone have a suggestion or fix?Arial1Blu
