Persistent adware warnings

Hi. MS Antispyware (ASW) identified FlashGet on my
computer as adware. Hence, it was removed after scanning.
However, everytime after rebooting, a warning would come
up, saying that FlashGet is detected and trying to
install as a browser helper object on my computer. After
clicking on the remove button, checking the tickbox
for "ignore this threat everytime" and the dialog box
coming up to confirm that it has been removed, the same
thing would happen after rebooting. I checked my com and
found no trace of FlashGet even though ASW seems to be
able to find it in the registry etc. But CCleaner found
it nontheless, although the uninstaller could not be
found. How should I solve this problem? Thanks.
