New computer = new computer warranty. Have you contacted the tech
support people at the computer supplier/manufacturer?
Do you get any additional information after you have submitted the
error report to Microsoft?
Right-click on My Computer and select Manage. Expand the Event Viewer
category (click on the + sign) and browse through each of the
subcategories looking for error records whose date and time stamps
corresponds to your error messages. Double click on an error record
to see the details of that error.
