Hi group,

Curretnly I have started working on a networking (LAN) so newbie!
However, I found out that end-user are not able to change their windows
background or desktop. So what I did I set the user as power-user but
he/she still is not able to change it or do some basic things that a
normal user should do.

How can I make it work? it is a windows 2000 server but they have some
xp users on stations too.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Amit
