Permission Denied while running cscript command in command prompt

Anyone can help me ? I'm using Win 2K Advance Server SP2.
When I run cscript command in the command prompt ? For
example 'cscript install-regmbx'. The execution running
in the half way with prompt out "Permission Denied". But
I'm already member of Administrator Rights.
