When initiating a Remote Assistance session from the Help and Support Center
it takes an average of 30 seconds for the session to be established. The
bottleneck seems to be on the client side - some modules needs to be loaded
before communication can take place. Subsequent Remote Assistance sessions
with the same client initates on the fly(<10 sec.) as long as the client
haven't been rebooted so some code must stay resident after closing the the
initial session.
Any advice on how to speed up the initial Remote Assistance session? Is it
possible to pre-load some modules during boot-up thus speeding up the
process of establishing a Remote Assistance session?
