I am trying to enhance my PC, but when i go to the Performance Information
and Tools section and click on...i get a blank page that states "page failed
to load" in a large white window. it is as if the program is gone from my
computer. I have a Dell Vostro with windows vista ultimate loaded at the
factory. i am not possitive it was there from the begining but i thought it
might have been.

What is the ... that you are referring to? I can not find that on the
Performance Information and Tools section.

.... is nothing. When I click on "Performance Info and Tools" I get the
blank screen.
