Subject: An Altopia user is forging my name and email
Hello Mr. Caputo:
One of your users has been threatening me and forging my name by
mail, and now he is forging my name and posting from Altopia with
my forged name and real address. I have never given anyone permission
to use my real nym or real email address, not ever.
Some of the forged posts I saw are below, one crossposted to SEVEN
GROUPS which aren't even relevant to the content! One post that
he's replying to was only posted to 2 groups, one NONE. So it's
pretty obvious what he's trying to do to me. I am getting spam now
not only from the places he's signing me up to but also because he
is now forging my real name and address on Usenet.
Please cancel the account of this abuser right away. No one has
the right to forge my nym and real email address on Usenet.

fix the errors in the real ABWI FAQ and forget this junk

:The Warez (pronounced "wares") Community is bringing you these

:To the following regulars and contributors to the discussion:
that's been carfully kept in .d so as to eliminate any opposing views,
instead of broadcast widly as it should have been, nice rail-road
job, guys
some of us have given up on .d for serious discussion and it sure look
like you've beeen counting on that, otherwise why the rush?

:I would suggest that we need to decide which path we are to take in
:designing a new WarezFAQ.
:A vote of the persons who are regulars or who have contributed to the

roject so far is requested.
:
:*****This is *not* a vote on content but a vote on direction.********
and no third choice of simply fixing the errors and out of date parts
of the exsiting FAQ, nice rail-road job guys
:Proposition A. <Mjolner>
:
:Adoption of RFC 3.0.5 as an interim text post daily FAQ, with a
:gradual and measured development of an extensive Web-based FAQ. RFC
:3.0.5 will be the outline, with a comprehensive "How To Post" FAQ for
:the more technically inclined.
:
:The text version will contain Questions and hyper links.

ocument will be dynamic by democratic process, with multiple access.
:
:New Web site due to design and access requirement.
who pays for the site? going to collect IP addresses and sell them to
SPA/BSA? bet roy wishes he'd thought of that
:Proposition B. <ledgerDeMain/akula>
:
:We continue posting the current daily FAQ, while we write a whole,
:complete, new WebFAQ.
same objection
:Process will result in the following: Post a skeleton text post to
:the groups with links to a comprehensive Web Site combining the best

oints of the current FAQ and aKulas proposed FAQ. User friendly in
:tone, but containing 90% of the information that posters and down
:loaders need to function in ABW*
:
:Probably hosted by current WebMaster.
:
:Please vote by 6 PM Eastern Time December 2nd, 2001
hurry, wouldn't want anyone but the .d clic to have any input to the
railroad job
