>Hi,
Weird post. But go into bios and disable onboard lpt
ports. Then save and restart. Then go into windows and
then go to settings, control panel, system , device
manager, wheeeeeeeeew, then ports. and remove the port
listed. Then reboot the puter. It should then detect and
install the add in card. If at the end of this it doesnt
then leave windows and turn off machine. Remove the card
and restart windows. Let it boot completely and then shut
down and reinstall the card in different slot if
available. To make sure the slot isn't bad. If when you
reboot after following these directions then the card you
have is bad. You dont say what kind of card it is anyways.
