pc will not start to log in screen

ok when i turn my computer on it says what program do you want to use i
select windows xp media edtion

then it takes me to window saying we are sorry for the inconvinece windows
did not succsesfully start then there are options i click on all of them but
my computer still wont start up right it restarts and takes me back to the
same window and that is my other pc it is a desktop

If you have a WinXP CD then try a Repair Install. Check here for more
