PC Crashes when clicking a link.

After about 5 mins on the net when i click a link my whole
PC will crash and restart then the windows error report
will say something to do with a device driver. Windows
Watson says this "The application, C:\Program
Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE, generated an
application error The error occurred on 05/24/2004 @
08:09:19.875 The exception generated was c0000005 at
address 635957C8 (mshtml"
Any help would be appreciated.
