After full format and installing Window XP verson 2002. install updates and
vaiitdation. I download service pack 2. Then when restarting after this my PC
crashes. tried to start in safe mode with no succes. have to do a full format
again. any help would be greatful

There are still manual ways for you to remove SP2

Did you install the *latest* drivers for your PC? Try installing the latest
drivers before installing the updates.
