I am trying to change my password but I keep getting a message that my
password does not match policy.

I checked for my domain policy to be sure that all the policies are
undefined.

Could someone tell me what the problem is?

Thank you..

Most likely you have a "complex password" requirement. This means that you
need the following

1) at least 6 characters
2) at least 3 of 4 types of characters (lower case, upper case, numeric,
special)
3) you can't include the username or full name
