My hard drive has had 2 partitions since installation, the normal C drive
and a D drive, both were loaded with MS Windows 2000.
I had a problem so now have Windows XP in the D drive and a faulty operating
system in the C drive (it will not run and asks me to install the original
set up disk).
I have manipulated the partitions using Paragaon Partition manager to
enlarge the D drive and reduce the C drive to practically nothing.
I would like to merge the drives but wonder if this is possible without
first installing Windows XP in the C drive and if it is then would the C
drive take over; I want to keep all the programs etc that I have in the D
drive.
Has anyone done this and if so cqan they give me advice.?
Thank you.
