I installed Microsoft AntiSpyware (Beta). I also have Spybot and Panda
Titanium AntiVirus 2004 version 3.02.04. When I rebooted I discovered that
Panda's Automatic Protection would not start. I then uninstalled MS
AntiSpyware using the unistall feature in Add/Remove Programs on the Control
Panel. Panda's Automatic Protection still would not start. I then removed
all MS AntiSpyware entries from the Windows Registry. Still Automatic
Protection would not start. Finally I restored my entire hard disk from a
backup I took long before I installed MS AntiSpyware. Panda's Automatic
Protection STILL WOULD NOT START. I don't understand this. With the entire
hard disk restored, what else could possibly be interfering with Panda? Panda
Software Tech Support just keeps telling me to ask the vendor for
instructions to completely uninstall the product and remove registry keys.
I'm baffled. Can anyone help me? Thank you, Mike.
