I have following problem with my pagefile:
I use Windows 2000 Professional, the physical size of my
pagefile is about 400 mb, but the system thinks that it is
20 mb. I tried of course several times to enlarge the
pagefile with the appropriate options: My computer,
performance options, etc..,
reboot the system,
delete the pagefile then reboot the system, the pagefile
has been recreated with again 400 mb,
but nothing helps: the system is still thinking that the
pagefile is only 20 mb.
What can I do futhermore?

I'm guessing either the drive letter changed or the drive permissions were
altered.

Can you PLEASE remove my message from this newsgroup,
because sinds I wrote the message I have received a lot of
spam, attacks en virusses coming from the Microsoft site.
How is that possible ??? Microsoft has to do a lot of work
to secure its own products !!!
If this continues I will be forced to work with LINUX or
anything else, but NO MICROSOFT.

It wouldn't make any difference. These groups are archived by
www.groups.google.com You'll likely need to abandon the address regardless
of the operating system..
